• Additional Guest or Pet Accommodations: Accommodate an extra person for a fee of P2,000 (maximum 1 extra person; extra mattress not included). Your furry friends are welcome to stay with us for an additional fee of P1,000 per night, which covers cleaning and sanitation services.

• Visitor's Welcome: A visitor fee of 1,000 pesos per person until 9:00 PM. Any Visitors remaining on the premises after 9:00 PM will be considered as extra persons and will incur a charge of 2,000 pesos. (Maximum of 1 Visitor only).

• Security Deposit: Upon your reception arrival, we kindly request a refundable ₱500 security deposit. This is a standard procedure and will be fully refunded to you upon your check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. Your peace of mind is our priority.

• STRICTLY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE ALLOWED: Reca Cafe and Restaurant Available on Site.

• Extra Pax: For each additional guest beyond the declared count, there is a fee of P2,000 per night. If an extra guest is undeclared, a fee of P3,000 per night will apply.

• Extra Pet: For each additional guest beyond the declared count, there is a fee of P1,000 per night. If an extra guest is undeclared, a fee of P2,000 per night will apply.
