• Security Deposit: Upon your reception arrival, we kindly request a refundable ₱3,000 security deposit. This is a standard procedure and will be fully refunded to you upon your check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. Your peace of mind is our priority.

• Extra Pax: For each additional guest beyond the declared count, there is a fee of P2,000 per night. If an extra guest is undeclared, a fee of P3,000 per night will apply.

• STRICTLY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE ALLOWED: Reca Cafe and Restaurant Available on Site.

• Extra Pet: For each additional guest beyond the declared count, there is a fee of P1,000 per night. If an extra guest is undeclared, a fee of P2,000 per night will apply.
